Diary: Expressing Gratitude
Sometimes it's hard to be thankful while you're in the moment. Whether you're traveling or eating dinner with friends, I'm realizing that I have to stop and thank the universe more often. Doing yoga and meditating has helped me find balance many times. However, I don't just want to practice mindfulness when I feel out-of-whack, I want to practice on good days too. Setting intentions for the day and the world when I step foot out of the bed each morning.
That's truly living in my purpose.
