EAT

Mesa Grill The quaint spot serves up super fresh and local foods with a view. Eat dinner while overlooking the sunset beyond the red rocks. It’s a sight you’ll never forget. The atmosphere is easy going and they even have an outside patio with string lights and a fire pit. Vibes.

Duck Lettuce Wraps, they were a flavor dance around your tongue. They start with the sweet and salty duck confit, add in fresh mango, pear and peanuts for a crunch, Jalapeno for a punch and then a mint leaf to clear the pallet. These wraps were a true testament to a play on flavors.

Shrimp and grits, the best ever and packed with out of this world flavor. They take the classic ingredients and add a southwestern flair. Buttery leeks, green onions and piquillo peppers provide a delightful crunch and freshness. The absolute best part of this dish is the crumbled pork belly they add on top.

DO

Sedona Vortex Tours Sedona is full of vortexes which house both masculine and feminine energies. Once you step into these vortexes, you can literally feel the vibrations. These are places you can go and speak truthfully with the universe and hear the universe speak back. Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock and Coffee Pot are various vortexes in the area. For the ultimate experience, take a tour and let the guide show you around and explain all of the energies and formations.

Pink Jeep Grand Canyon Tour The Grand Canyon is only about an hour and a half away on scenic (and super windy) Rt. 89A, so it’s perfect for a day trip. The Pink Jeep Tours have different options for places in Sedona but also have a Grand Canyon Tour that even provides lunch. They will take you to 4 different locations in the Canyon and it includes pickup and drop-off to your hotel. Woo!

You. Me. Lunch. started as a saying between my best friend, Khaila, and I. It's been our way of saying 'see ya later' since we were seven years old. I guess you can say I'm an actual food baby.
